A Note On Dogs In Ireland

Who lets their dog s*** on the sidewalk? I mean really!

They do have laws about picking up after dogs, but like many things in Ireland, it is not particularly well enforced. I am starting to think they teach the dogs to aim for the concrete…

Happens all the time in NYC, my friend. I think our laws are enforced, at least somewhat, but they can't seem to catch everybody...My guess is that most people walk their dogs in the neighborhood in which they live - it bothers me that people don't mind nastying up their own neighborhood.

Anyway, I empathize.

Sounds like you're having a great adventure.

Perhaps it's just that I haven't lived in any really BIG cities (assuming you don't consider Portland as big), but...

COME ON!
